Refund Policy

No refunds after production starts:
​
Once the custom installation starts, no refunds will be issued unless there are major manufacturing defects.
Design phase cancellation fees:
Cancellations are allowed during design phase, but there will be a fee to cover design time and costs incurred.
Warranty
There is a 1-year warranty on all labor and installation work, covering issues like tile grout separation, and cabinet misalignment. Client is responsible for letting the contractor know as soon as issues arise to avoid further complications. There will be a reasonable period of time to get the issues resolved.
